II. PAYMENT OPTIONS - Payment is required before we ship any product. Customers purchasing through our site in the state of Alabama will be charged Alabama sales tax and county tax.​ We accept credit or debit card payments through our online payment processor.

III. SHIPPING POLICY - We do not ship physical products at this time.

​

A. PROHIBITED REGIONS - We follow all local, state, and country laws regarding our products and will not ship to prohibited regions.

B. NO FIREARMS - We are not an FFL and will NOT ship or receive firearms.

IV. REFUNDS - There are no refunds on match entries unless an event is cancelled on our end. We will coordinate refunds with you in the event of a match cancellation. If you cannot attend an event you've already paid for, you can sell your match spot by coordinating with us on the wait list and name change. Contact us to coordinate a transfer.

Refunds will not be granted for series memberships unless you are required to leave the country on military orders before you attend an event. Contact us directly in this situation.

 

Due to limitations of our payment processor, we cannot issue refunds past 180 days.​​

V. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING - We do not ship physical products internationally.

​

We will not ship to ITAR-restricted countries or countries currently under embargo from the USA. All local, state, and country laws must be followed.​​
